Chair Fit Cabaret
A fusion of fitness, jazz dance and
cabaret, this class teaches you how to dance with a chair including
floor work and transitions. While low impact, you still may break a
sweat so dress appropriately in yoga pants, sweatpants or shorts.
While I teach the moves barefoot, feel free to bring your favorite
shoes to add a bit of fun to your routine.

poses, floor work as well as the basic invert while spotted. This four-week class will be taught as a sequence.

and help students build up their inverts as well as combination spins

this class students will be encouraged to choreograph their own routines
so as to reflect their own personality. Students must complete level one
OR have instructor permission before joining this class.
-
Level 3 Classes will help students along with more complicated
inverts and will involve more balance, coordination and strength
training. Students must complete level two OR have instructor permission
